We highly recommend Sonja Coffee for any one that is looking to purchase a new home. When we first started our search for our home we had a different realtor. For the first four months we couldn't get our offer to get accepted even when offering above market value. Then finally we decided to switch realtors, one of my good friends gave us Sonja's information. My fiancé got a hold of her, we told her about our four month search and tactics we had been using with the previous realtor just to get our offer looked at. That day she told us to select the houses we were considering so that she could set up appointments to look at them. Within a couple of days she set up the showings. For every house we went to she would gives information about the property, community, and re-sale value. That information is perfect specially for a guy that is not from California and has no knowledge of the properties here. When we decided on a home and it came time to writing the offer, Sonja took the initiative to write a letter to the sellers about us. Something that I had never heard of, only thing I heard from the other realtor was "we have to offer more money" :D. Within less than a week she was able to get our offer accepted, not only was it accepted but it was with a VA loan (which are kind of difficult to work with when selling a house due to regulations). The process went smooth after that and she worked with my schedule specially with me working very late. This is why I would highly recommend Sonja Coffee to any one, specially any veterans out there having a hard time getting their offer accepted with the VA loan.
